Melissa Craig is the Senior Manager for Packaging Sustainability at Unilever in North America. She drives the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan by engaging with categories and businesses to help find innovative solutions to reduce waste, make plastic packaging recyclable, reusable or compostable and implement PCR inclusion programs. Melissa also supports programs related to driving infrastructure and technology development, consumer education, claims and advocacy. She has over 25 years of experience in designing packaging for consumer products and foods. Prior to joining Unilever Melissa was the Packaging Sustainability Manager at the Kellogg Company. She has a BS from of Rochester Institute of Technology in Packaging Science and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
